Decorating with items that glow eerily under black-light has always been popular around Halloween. Add even more excitement and flash to your Halloween party with the following tricks and tips.
Tonic water naturally glows under black-light. Make plenty of tonic water ice cubes before the party and make every drink a glowing concoction.
A product called Atomic Glow when added to water can make any liquid, or added to foods can make them glow. Try making lime jell-o with a drop or two of Atomic Glow.
Add a drop or two to corn syrup and then carefully line glass rims with a drippy gooey glowing treat.
